The 5 Essentials Survey is a brief survey that gives us valuable feedback and becomes part of our school's Interactive State Report Card. Parents may take the survey one time for each child they have in the district. The survey may take approximately 5 minutes and is open January 24, 2024 through March 31, 2024.
