**CHESTER CLINIC IS HOSTING FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS THIS SATURDAY, JULY 16TH!!**
If your child plans to participate in any high school or grade school sport for the 2022-23 school year, they MUST have a current sports physical on file PRIOR to any practice or game. An IHSA pre-participation evaluation (click here -> https://5il.co/1e0k4) MUST be filled out PRIOR to the exam and be brought to the clinic on Saturday. A physician will provide the sports physical form at the appointment. If you have any questions, please call your school office. GO JACKETS!
