The event is a fantastic opportunity for our incoming class of 2028 to get acclimated to our facility, administration, staff and daily processes. CHS: MAIN ENTRANCE RELOCATION
As of Monday 8/12/24, the Main Entrance of CHS formerly located on the front of the 1925 building is being permanently relocated to our new secure entrance office on the football bowl side of the 1925 building. Visitor parking will remain where it is currently and signs will be posted outside directing guests to the new entrance weather permitting during the initial transition. Thank you!

CGS & CHS: AUGUST 8th OFFICE HOURS
Both CGS and CHS office hours today August 8th are 1:00pm to 7:00pm for In-Person Registration.
Families needing help with online registration or access to a computer can come in for assistance. Please note that the office will be closed while staff assists with registration. Phone messages will be returned as soon as possible the following day. We are looking forward to the start of the new school year!

CGS & CHS: IN-PERSON REGISTRATION
New student in person registration for Chester Grade School and High School is scheduled for Wednesday, August 7th from 9 AM to 3 PM and Thursday, August 8th from 1 PM to 7 PM. Please remember to bring your child's birth certificate and two proofs of residency when you come to register.
Families of returning students who require assistance with online registration or need access to a computer are welcome to visit on either of these dates as well. Registration for grade school will be held in the CGS cafeteria, and please note that the office will be closed on both days. High school registration will take place in the new Student Services Offices located where the former main office was on the 2nd floor of the 1925 building, middle of the front wall facing Swanwick street.

REMINDER: Randolph County Sheriff’s Office is recruiting volunteers for a First Responder Training August 3rd at Chester Grade School.
Volunteers will serve as victims/survivors in scenarios in various roles. They may be asked to walk/run and provided they are comfortable, serve as injured, which could include being carried. Volunteers will be in the presence of a certified trainer at all times.
The event runs from 12pm to 4pm, and volunteers are invited to lunch at Chester Grade School (provided by the Sheriff’s Office). A liability waiver must be completed (provided by the training group). Those under 18 years of age must have the form signed by a parent or guardian.
